Returns / Refunds
We want you to have a great experience from your shopping experience, to when the candies reach your doorstep to the day of your big event! We take a great deal of care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. If there is a problem with your received shipment, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Items may be returned no later than 10 business days from the date the order was delivered. All costs associated with the product return is at the customer's expense and is not refundable. A credit will be issued to your account within 30 days, and will reflect the price you paid for the return product, less any shipping costs.
Hot Weather Shipping
Candies and sweets do tend to be sensitive to hotter temperatures in the spring, summer and fall months and may melt. We do everything possible to ensure this does not happen by shipping products out with reflective thermal packs and, depending on the destination's weather, ice packs and dry ice pellets.
To ensure your product reached you in great condition, keep the following in mind:
- Your order is being shipping from our temperature-controlled warehouse in Pennsylvania. We check to ensure your order is of perfect quality prior to sealing the package for shipment, however, we cannot guarantee that your candy will arrive in the same perfect condition. For this reason, it is important never to leave a Laetafood delivery outside for very long during warmer months.
- If your order contains a heat sensitive item, please select the fastest shipping method upon checkout.
- Any order containing a heat sensitive item is shipped in an insulated package with reflective thermal packs and, depending on the destination's weather, ice packs and pellets to protect the candy from melting in heat during transit.
